These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 95jili ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 95jili.vip and any related mobile applications, software, platforms, or services (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 95jili, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

• Identity Verification (KYC): 95jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, or driver's license) and proof of address.

95jili accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through a range of locally available payment methods. All funds deposited into your 95jili wallet must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited.

• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your 95jili wallet.
• 95jili does not charge deposit fees; however, fees imposed by your bank or payment service provider are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering may be withdrawn subject to standard verification procedures.

95jili implements anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Philippine regulations. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger a review, during which account access may be temporarily restricted pending resolution.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited will be removed from accounts.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. 95jili shall not be liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability outside its reasonable control.

95jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Request by the account holder (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Instruction by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Your account having been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with a zero balance.

Upon account closure or termination, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (net of any bonus funds and after resolution of any ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between you and 95jili that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Where a dispute falls within the scope of PAGCOR's regulatory authority, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation or adjudication prior to initiating court proceedings.

Nothing in this clause limits 95jili's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

95jili reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — 95jili will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through the Platform, by email to your registered address, or through in-platform notifications. However, it remains your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
